I see a lot of people breaking down things in the Bible that don't need to be broken down. They bite more than they can chew, much less swallow. The Holy Spirit of God enlightens our spiritual understanding and we comprehend the Word of God the way God intends us to. It's why the gospel of Christ is for everyone. You don't need a brain to please God, but a heart. Some people have so much letter, their biblical/scriptural knowledge becomes their god. They talk people's ears off about the Bible, while their stench appalls God to humanly unfathomable levels.

So according to this scholar, Paul took this verse out of context and applied it to all infirmities, persecutions, reproaches, necessities 2 cor 12:9-10 . Thank you Jesus for giving us faith like little children.

our enemy has picked up on this principle and has used it against us the Church

we are divided by denominations and cults, and his answer is ecumenism to bring us back together ecumenically.

unity for the sake of unity is false, and because we are so divided and fractured we are not able to stand as a whole effectively against our enemy.

here in America, I fear that when persecution does come for us, that there will be a break given to those who will unite back with Rome! that if you are part of the ecumenical system it will be a means of getting out of persecution.

2Co 10:3  For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

would that we could be united as one in Christ with all doctrines ironed out as one TRUE CHURCH, but the reality is that the true church only exists as a few Christians in many places over the Earth.

Amen! Christ is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow! We can do ALL things through Christ! He is the Almighty God!

I always thought it meant situations which seem impossible, are resolved through faith in Jesus.
