I had to take a beginner class for yoga in college. It was learning breathing techniques, stretches, and poses. I always had a bad feeling because new age "relaxing music" was always playing and I would be so relaxed at the end of the class that I would fall asleep. Fast forward fifteen years. One night I was in bed asleep with my husband and even though I was aware of this, I was also floating about 100 feet above the street lamps and trees and could see the autumn leaves on the tree tops above my old college dorm. I was very unsteady and stuck and in a panic, I cried out to the Lord and asked him what to do. I was totally astral projecting and had no clue how I was doing this or how to get out of it. While the question was still in my mouth, the holy spirit said, "come against yoga in the name of Jesus." I rebuked yoga in the name of Jesus and was back in my body and praising Jesus for rescuing me and shutting that open door. Yoga is demonic and we must repent and renounce it in the name of Jesus!
As I started watching this video….I HIT ME….I, back in 1988 had my first child…and went through LAMAZE CLASSES…to have her naturally….It worked well….with the breathing exercises…but I now realize that even LAMAZE is a form of YOGA…..

The Catholic faith comes directly from our Lord Jesus Christ when he created the Catholic Church. The Holy Spirit came down on the disciples 2000 years ago. The Lord Jesus gave the authority to St Peter to spread the love of Jesus Christ to all of us throughout the world.
Why people want to mix the pagan with the Godly. God says we are to be holy because our God is holy. There are other kinds of exercises we can do which does not have any thing wrong with it.
The Lord God will make us plenteous in every work of our hands, in the fruit of the body, fruit of cattle, the fruit of the land, for good. For as a young man marries a Virgin or a bridegroom sees the bride. So shall sons marry The Lord. God will rejoice over you because of your faithfulness, to do you good. He will plant us in the good land with His whole heart and soul.

Such a pity. I did yoga about 20years ago and it was great. The physical benefits are undeniable. And you get results fasts. The breathing exercises were fantastic.
