The Last Prophecy Revelation 6

What confuses me though is that in the description of the vials of wrath, Revelation 16, it appears people are still given the chance to repent. For instance, Rev 16:9, 4th vial " and men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed name of God, which had power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory." And verse 11, 5th vial, "And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores and repented not of their deeds."
In verse 15, 6th vial, "Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame."

What I see is an unfolding of the seals, and the trumpets, and the vials happening simultaneously. The finale being the wrath of God.
