Hey everybody, Greg Laurie here, with some thoughts on what is happening in Ukraine right now, this is a serious situation. As you know, if, a NATO nation is hit by Russian missiles or is attacked in any way that triggers a NATO response and the United States is of course a part of NATO. Thus we could find ourselves in direct conflict with the Russians.
If we were to establish a no-fly zone, for instance, over Ukraine, and President Putin has even threatened to use nuclear weapons. Now, I haven’t heard of something like that since the sixties, when I was a little boy and we would climb under our desk for bomb drills. This is serious and it can cause a lot of anxiety.
Jesus said in the last days there would be distress of nations with no way out. Everything is so vulnerable right now. And anything could happen to just set off a series of events that we do not want to see happen. So here’s what I would like to ask every Christian to do. It’s time. To pray.
We need to pray for divine intervention. You know, the Bible says the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord. So that’s our king or our president, President Biden. That would be Russia’s leader, President Putin, that would be President Selinsky in, uh, Ukraine and others in positions of leadership. We need to pray for these people and pray that God guides them and directs their steps and that they make the right decisions.

First of all, Ukraine is NOT part of NATO. So, Pastor Greg needs to bring TRUTH…the United States or other NATO Allies have no requirement to aid or assist Ukraine.

this ilk cant even see a very clear fulfillment of prophecy in our recent history. We (U.S.A.) are the ones who brought down fire from heaven in Aug. of 1945 and we are the ones that gave life to the image of the beast in May of 1948. Rev 13:13-15 (KJV), how are they going to teach us anything about the end times?

I pray for the peace of the world.
It's prophecy that this war happens, so we can't pray against this move of God. But we can pray for the safety and protection of the people caught in it. Ezekiel 38 is coming to pass as God's word always does.
Question: as a Christian now 26 years I’ve learned and grown to really look forward to Christ coming for us. So far as the Rapture or at the very end I’ve really never taken a definitive stance. I just want to be in Heaven with Jesus. I look forward to seeing my 17 yr old autistic son perfect in Heaven. I pray for many to come to God thru Jesus but so far as praying for “peace?” It’s not going to happen here in this world…
It’s not supposed to until Christ’s return. So I’m joyful in the wake of His return. The sooner the better.
