There are three interpretations on the second coming of Christ. They are referred to as pre-trib, mid-trib, and post-trib (tribulation). However, most believers do not realize the tribulation Jesus is talking about in Matthew 24 has nothing to do with the wrath of God (Rev. 6:12-17) but everything to do with the persecution of the anti-christ (Rev 7:9, 12:17, 13:7, 20:4-6). The word tribulation comes from the same Greek word which is also used to translate as persecution (Acts 11:19). The Apostle Paul taught the Church that we must through much tribulation (persecution) enter into the kingdom of God (Acts 14:22). Christians who believe and teach that the Church will be raptured out of this world before the mark of the beast is issued are ignorant or deceived. There are too many scriptures that teach that satan/anti-christ will make war or persecute the Saints just prior to the second coming of Christ. Even Jesus said in Matthew 24:22 except those days (tribulation days) should be shortened (cut off by His return), there should no flesh be saved (complete salvation of the soul and body): but for the elect’s (chosen generation 1 Pe 2:9) sake those days (of persecution) shall be shortened (cut off). It is my hope and prayer that you will be ready for the second coming of Christ and not be deceived.
